Everyone’s unique situation is different, so this is something that we can discuss together if you are unsure. The benefits of our current real estate market? Homes are staying on the market a little longer, so buyers have a little more leverage, and if you are trying to sell, prices are still up there.
What about this NAR lawsuit thing?
I’ve had many people asking about the impact of the lawsuit involving the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Honestly, there isn’t much of an impact. Everything that has been changed in contract language has been what Realtors® should have been explaining to customers and clients to begin with. There really should not be any impact on the average buyer or seller.
